WORST UNDERHANDED EXPERIENCE EVER

Bought a 2016 Demo model Kia Cerrato Koup from Kia Edenvale. I negotiated a waiver of on-the-road costs and price. They amended the offer and the invoice but by the time it came to signing (on a tablet device, so I couldn't read the final invoice). They had added all charges back totaling an extra 14,000 rand. I contacted them to no avail so wrote complaint to MIOSA (Ombudsman). All of a sudden they now wanted to help, so I went to see them . It was all cheap talk, they couldn't find the paperwork, told me the invoicing lady had left the company and things were a bit of a shambles. This still hasn't been sorted out so I will go back to MIOSA. Seriously, lost paperwork and ***** dealings - This place is crying to be audited. After only 10 months having the car, I get a tyre blowout which luckily didn't cause me injury. The tyre establishment tells me that the tyres are 2013 tyres (vehicle is a 2016 model ??) and all had cracks in the side walls. Had to replace all 4 tyres. They still had perfect tread but were cracking because of the age. Very unsafe and not sure how this happens. Bottom line is now I'm really annoyed and I'm determined firstly to let others know and secondly to take this much further to see that they don't con anyone else. Absolute clowns.

My advice is if you have to buy a Kia - DON'T GO TO EDENVALE.
