worst technician on earth who knows nothing

i took my car to kia for a service and asked them to fix the whistling sound on my side mirror. he insulated the window. stupid move. insulating the window doesnt fix the problem. the whistle is still there. so i get told its the tyres. it is not the flippen tyres. when i put tape around the joint on the side mirror the whistling is gone but when i take it off the whistle is there which shows a ventury airflow issue. a result of an aerodynamic error. i got told its supposed to he that way. how am i supposed to drive a car for the rest of my life that whisltes. its a high pitched whistle...i want my car fixed. this is unacceptable
