Worst service I have every experienced

Worst service I have every experienced, since day one everything has gone wrong with my new Kia that was brand new. Yesterday i was informed that my vehicle is not safe to travel with and phone Kia immanently to assistance. They firstly did not wanted to assist me and the was told i must risk myself and kids life driving the vehicle they would collect it today. It is now almost another day passed and still no feedback. I would never recommend anyone to perches a KIA.
