Worst service centre ever experienced

<p>Wife owns the KIA Picanto, after first year started having issues with electric windows and the reverse gear not taking properly! its been to KIA a number of times and the problem still is there till today. Wife had to get harsh with them on last visit because they never fix it. One time we took it for the windows they said they have to order part. Over a month went wife phones, the response was, "oh i thought we did it already". LAst time they said they sorted gears out, now all gears dont take easily!!! I am writing this review because my wife does not want to deal with them and from december i was using the car and now see what she is talking about.</p>
