Worst customer service to date

I own a kia sportage 2014 awd crd 2.0 with all the extras. It is currently on 86000km. My last service was on 80000km at kia Zambezi. On Tuesday 4 December 2018 my brakes failed completely and I managed to stop safely. On Wednesday kia roadside assist collected my car and took it to kia Zambezi. Thursday evening I got a text from kia Zambezi notifying me that the brakes had disintegrated. They had ordered parts and they would arrive on Friday 2pm. On Friday I was told they cannot deliver the parts because they had a Christmas function so I have to wait for today.

I didn't have my car because kia had a company function after my brakes failed completely nearly harming me. Kia does not seem concerned at all. I called the head office on my own expense and I was told to leave my details and someone would follow up. I still haven't got any feedback
