Worst Car Dealership I have ever delt with (KIA WONDERWATERS/Imperial Select Pretoria)

These guys advertised a car on www.cars.co.za and also on gumtree. I saw the car, thought that it was a good deal, contacted them about it. I am in Cape Town and they are in Pretoria. I paid a deposit (R10 000) for the car on the 30th of September 2017 and by the 3rd of October, i finished paying for the car, including delivery and on the road costs in full and in cash (EFT).

These guys sent one of their staff to deliver the car to me and i went to collect it at an Imperial Select Dealership here in Cape Town. I immediately noticed that there were several things that were wrong with the car, the obvious being that there were no number plates and no license disc, only a temporary disc and there was no spare key or any document apart from the delivery documents that i had signed, even before seeing the car as i trusted them as they are a big dealership.

Upon taking the car from them and driving to work (was already late for one of my meetings), i noticed several other issues. First of all, the car had no radio/CD, No central locking, no air bags (as per the advert that i saw on cars.co.za), several scratches and loose parts and a lot of other issues and it was supposed to be a 2017 model.

I have been writing to the dealership since the 13 of October 2017 and no one has ever rep**** to my e-mails. The temporary license that they put on the car expired on the 30 of October 2017. Today is the 30 of November 2017. In addition to paying for this car which was supposed to be a new/demo model, with less than 500km on the clock in full and in addition to the several issues with the car, i can't even use the car because there is not even a single document relating to the car (no NATIS document, no registration number, no service or any other book, no spare key till today) even though they promised to courier these documents within days of me purchasing the vehicle.

Is this what dealerships do when you pay for a car in cash? What do i do with this unregistered vehicle that is gathering dust in my compound? Sell it as s****?
