Why does my skin colour determine the kind of service I get

Today I went to KIA edenvale and I experienced horrible customer service. After booking in my car I had to wait 2 hours because no one wanted to drop me off in Tembisa. They took passengers who lived in kempton park and birchachres and deliberately left me behind because they wont go to tembisa. I had to wait for a black driver because he was not afraid to go to tembisa . Even then a white lady who came an hour after me was given first preference to b dropped off. It's such a shame that the colour of my skin determines the service I deserve. I am disgusted and disappointed in ur service. Next time when black ppl purchase ur cars, tell them that when service time comes u will not drop them of in a blk dominated location.
