Warranty department not assisting

<p>I took my car for service and the boot fixing at edenvale kia service centre I was informed on the 29\03\2017 that I will get a call from them to confirm my warranty claim, I called today in the morning the warranty clerk said she knows nothing about the arrangement but she will get back to me after a few minutes she needs to check now I have been trying to get hold of her again they keep saying she's not on her desk hours have lapsed and nothing is being done</p>
