Warranty Claim

<p>About a month ago, I went to Kia Four Ways and a warranty claim was submitted. I phoned the same branch last week to get a update and was told it should not take long and they will contact me. I phoned again today and was told the part arrived and somone will/should phone me to arrange for the replacements to be made. Please... if you do not want to contact or phone me, then DO not make promises. This is not bad service - it is extremely bad service.</p>
