Warranty car fault

I am very Disappointed of the experience i got from Kia Silverton. I took in my car for service on the 13th of Jan then 5 days later my hazards and indicators stopped working I took my car back for repair since it is under warranty its been 10 days now i haven't got ETA on the matter. This guy don't even give me a feedback on the matter unless i call. Whenever i call they tell me the very same story that they changing the Relay switches. I work with the car I use it to see my clients but this guys even deny me a rental car and they busy tell me stories always.
