warranty

I bought Kia in 2014 February, and about 3months ago one Sunday morning I experienced that my window was opened widely ,I took it to Kia Mokopane Potgietersrus,for it to be checked,and they said it was the motor of the car, and they said I had to pay R1198.68. And I took it in for service and they told me that it was something else but a factory fault. But yet it is still waiting authorization. Please assist me. As this car what ever it's broken it's deep inside the car not even I can reach there as a driver. And it is under warranty
