Waiting time to get served

<p>I have been sitting in the service sender of Multi Franchise Cape Town paarden eiland waiting to get served for the past 2 hours. People have come and gone and I'm still waiting. New customers get in and get served before me. </p> <p>Asked service advisor why I haven't been called and she asked for my surname and then my slip then asked me to sit. That was 30min ago and she has served 3 people that have come after me since then.</p> <p> </p> <p>So this is how Kia deals with their customers once they have sold them vehicles?</p>
