Very very bad unprofessional service

<p>The sales manager odette at kia picanto phoned me today assumed that i was someone else and was very rude!!! Accused me of swearing and call can be traced- was recorded. Also tried to ask me weather my sister was ***- nothing to do with wehicle purchace!!!! So violating of my family's personal life!!! Gave different quotes as well!!!! Telling lies and not accomadating to solve problems!!!! Very bad!!!!!</p>
