Very unhappy Kia customer

I am a very unhappy lady. I took my 2009 Kia Cerata to Kia Constantia Klook branch. My car had an terrible knock and "clunck" in the steering although my car has only done 86000km. I was quoted R52000 for the whole steering column to be replace together with a replacement part for the Electronic power steering sensor. I subsequently found National Power Steering in Strydom Park who replaced a worn "gear" which is about the size of a R5.00 coin and also recalibrated the Electronic Power Steering sensor and this all for R5000.00 and this all took less than a day.
