VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I bought a Toyota Aygo second hand from the Kia Dealership in Hatfield. first problem was trying to get my car license from them, they gave me 3 temporary licenses (that's how long it took) that all started on the 5th of December 2015. one of the agreements of buying this car was the spare keys and the service book (witch was promised to me in the first week of buying the car. now eventually on the 7 of March 2016 I have no spare key and found out that this car that I bought was never been services since 2012. I spoke to the Manager of Kia Hatfield with a promise of response within the next day, I am still waiting.<br> <br> these people just cost me about R20 000 to R30 000 because of the car not being serviced witch after they told me that everything is in order. selling under false pretences. I will never trust KIA ever again, its just all about running around the bush and no one not even the manager getting back to me.<br> <br> thank you KIA for making my first car buying the worst ever experience !!!!!!
