Very Bad service n disgusting attitude

<p>App**** for vehicle finance at Kia fountains pretoria, they told me its approved and decided to pay the visit to discuss everything. I gave my supporting documents to proof my outstanding debts its now settled as I know it takes some few months to update to experian. Diane discussed that Wesbank approved with 16.4% with instalment of R6100, I've tried to negotiate and called regional manager, Regional manger approve 15% I agreed as I was fully aware my credit profile was not good. Diane asked to come arnd 16h30 to sign the contract and bring original documents. During the co use o the days they called to advise that I will get the car after a week as the colour was looking for they have and for time being they will offer caters car. When I get there it was different story my application declined due to affordability. I was very disappointed and felt they were very unfair, She didn't try to show some remorse and willing to assist me. Now am stucked. I feel very bad, dissapointed stressed and mostly disregarded</p> <p>At the moment I regret submitting my application there and I will never recommend any1 to use that dealership due to the experience I've received.</p> <p>How can you tell the customerthe application its approved while u know u only have pre-approval. I feel the lady need more experience and to validate documents correctly and try by all her means to assist customer</p> <p>And apologise for doing wrong and come with the solution how to overcome the problem</p> <p>Am stressed ,embarrassed and very very disappointed</p> <p> </p>
