Very Bad Service from Kia

It is a pain for us as customers because when we buy cars from Kia we're not being told about this challenges for getting kia parts. We bought car ( Kia Pegas) from Kia in Durban (the one in KE Masinga Road & Florence Nzama St) and I was involved in accident on the 02/06/2022 the car is at the Panel Beater and I was avised that parts for the vehicle is not available in the country and there is no hope that they will get them soon hence another customer took them 06 months to gets parts for Kia Pegas. And beside that the car is new, most people complaining about same problem of getting kia parts. This is so ridiculous and I'm very dissapointed about the level of service we receive from kia after buying their vehicles. Many clients complaining about the same problem I don't know why kia is not resolving this issue of getting parts.
