Very bad service

On 24/10/15 I went into KIA the glen to supply them with all my needed paperwork to apply to a triad in on the New KIA sportage 4WD 2l D. I the waited until Tuesday the 27th before calling them to find out what the progress in the transaction is. Between dropped calls and no one calling me back I finally got hold of the sales team on Wednesday the 28th. Unfortunately the gent doing the sales did not have any useful information other than that the banks have approved the sale. He then said that he will obtain all the information from the lady working with the file and phone me back within 30min.)No one from kia the Glen phoned me back on the day as promised. Thursday I phoned kia the glen several times, left several massages and got no feedback. Friday the 30th of November the Manager of the branch phoned me to inform me that they have not forgotten about me and that he HOPES he is not pulling straws by saying that the team is working on obtaining me a better entrust rate. Monday midday the sales Gent from Kia phoned me to inform me that one's again everything is approved and the lady working with the file will phone me shortly. 3 calls to the dealer 2 massages and still no feedback
