Very bad customer service

I purchased a new car 2 weeks back at Kia Randburg. my permit is expiring on the 16/02/2018(tomorrow) .i have called and emailed them since 12/02/2018 to remind them to send someone to come and put the number plate ( they told me when i fetch the car that they will send sum1 to my place or work to come and put the number plate). yesterday i sent another email reminding them to send someone on the 15/02/2018, because on 16/02/2018 i'm going to Limpopo.no one has called me or email me the whole day. now i have to cancel my trip because of them.they charge me admin fee. why charge me if you not going to deliver? am i suppose to drive around with an expired permit?. i am really dissapointed
