Very angry client

I have had the worst experience with kia motors since I've purchased a vehicle with them. The vehicle has been giving me problems since I purchased it on 20/07/2017 at the Sandton dealer. It is a kia piano 2015 model and with all my problems, they show no sense of urgency. Right now the car is not moving at all. It's stuck in my garage yet it went to service on Monday 14/05/2018. Something needs to be done!
