vehicle supp**** with no spare key

Took delivery of my Kia rio 1.4 round the middle of March 2015. The sales consultant told me there was a problem in getting the spare key to me. There was also a delay in getting my New registration plates, I was told there was a problem with the documents being submitted to Natis. That was resolved after 3 weeks<br> <br> Before the sale I did what was asked of me and obviously a sales person wants to close a deal ASAP. <br> <br> It's now 19th of August and I still haven't received my spare key. I was told in April that the sales exec had left that branch and would need to deal with someone else. Spoke to that lady and was told that they would need to source a key from another branch<br> <br> I call @ 07:30 when they are supposed to have opened and the phone either rings or the person I would like to talk to is not available and they don't come back to me.<br> <br> Really not impressed with the after sales service I have received from said branch. The car is great<br> <br>
