Vehicle Registration Papers

I have received the most disgusting Customer Service from Kia Nelspruit and there Complaints Department. Since September'17 I have not my vehicles registration confirmation. I have called and spoke to several agents and "ALL OF THEM JUST PASS THE BUCK"....I logged a complaint with there complaints department, received confirmation that my query will be resolved in 24th......a week has now gone and I am still waiting after I called them again on 15th of Nov......if anyone can assist me with there CEO DETAILS PLEASE!!!!!
