Vehicle purchased from KIA UMHLANGA - No disclosure of accident damage

I purchased a vehicle for KIA Umhlanga on the 06th January 2025. The vehicle was in an accident which the dealership did not disclose. I need this to be brought to the attention of Paul Turnbull and higher management as Kia Umhlanga is not assisting me very well.

Vehicle Type : 2021 Haval H2 1.5T Luxury.

Please note that the vehicle was due for an Annual Maintenance Service. I took the vehicle to Haval for a service and only to find that the paint on the vehicle was bubbling.

I then took the vehicle to a SAMBRA/ RMI approved panel beater, who has confirmed that the vehicle was in an accident and was poorly repaired. Kindly find attached report, quote, and images from the panel beater, also attached is all communication to the dealership principle and sales executive from KIA Umhlanga. Please note that KIA Umhlanga did not disclose prior and after purchase of the vehicle , that the vehicle was in an accident. I also requested a DEKRA/vehicle history report of the vehicle from Kia Umhlanga, which I have not received to date.

The dealer principal : Anthea Walter-Girout, has requested for the vehicle to be taken to Kia The Glen for a second opinion which was conducted last week, and they have also confirmed that this vehicle was in an accident and poorly repaired. Till date Anthea is avoiding my calls and does not get back to me. I am absolutely disgusted with the service I am receiving from such a renowned brand.

I am driving this vehicle for a month now putting my family’s life at risk, not know if there is even an airbag on the passenger side of the vehicle.

Please note that I am not willing to pay for a vehicle that has been in a major accident, which the dealership failed to inform me of prior to purchasing the vehicle, and I would like for the deal to be cancelled and for the vehicle to be returned to Kia.
