Vehicle not being fixed under maintenance plan

I had a Maintenance Plan taken out when I purchased my Cerato less than a year ago. Earlier in the week, it broke down due to the clutch breaking. This left the car with no power and hence could not drive the car to the closest Kia workshop. Managed to get road side assistance to pick the car up from my residence to the workshop.<br> Received an email today that saying that the vehicle will not be covered. What is the point of taking out a maintenance plan and paying R10k for it?<br> It got declined because it's not wear & tear... REALLY!!!!<br> So Kia Workshop Randburg / Liquid Capital are suggesting I didn't drive the properly...<br> What bugs me is that I use an older car to commute to work with daily (80kms/Day), my VW is probably 4 times the age of the Cerato and I never paid a cent on the cluth or gearbox.<br> So how different is my driving when I drive my VW to my Kia????<br> I am extremely unhappy
