Useless Technician at Kia service center

It's been two years since I've had the issue failing brakes and when the car is taken in for service I get the same feed that it's the abs pump

I've sent emails tried calling regarding this issue I think Kia motors and it's consultants and technicians are taking us for granted.

I drive with the fear that something might happen when I step on the breaks especially for my 9 month's old son who doesn't deserve what might happen he is still young if I had known I would've not bought this car.
