Used vehicle

My name is DesiRé, today I would like to say something. I’ve waited for a while but I just cannot get over this feeling of anger maybe or even a combination of anger and frustration and, and, and!! I bought a used vehicle 2023 model Toyota Starlet. I was (still is) in a predicament when I approached the dealership and told the salesperson what I’m dealing with. I told them exactly what I needed and I got everything I didn’t need!! 1. Communication is non existent! 2. Transparency even worse! 3. The lies and deceit about the state of the said vehicle is next level! 3. The so called list of a hundred and something points the vehicle has to pass us a mith! 4. The valet, was a laughing matter, although I didn’t find it funny!! 5. I’ve asked a hundred times about the notification that keep on popping up, just to realize it is the breaks if the vehicle that was a hazard!! These people, knowing my situation, did not blink an eye to let me drive the vehicle they knew wasn’t safe.
