URGENT: Kia Edenvale – Ongoing Unresolved Matter & Broken Commitment Re: MIOSA *** KIA Van Schalkwyk

I am posting this in the hope of finally getting Kia South Africa’s attention, as Kia Edenvale has failed to resolve this matter and has stopped responding altogether. Kia Edenvale sales person Gerhardus Goosen reporting to Scott Skinner and Margo, made a clear commitment to buy back the vehicle at the same price it was purchased. Despite this promise, the matter remains unresolved, with no explanation, no timeline, and no accountability. Repeated follow-ups have been ignored, which is completely unacceptable from a Kia dealership. The lack of professionalism, communication, and integrity shown by Kia Edenvale has caused prolonged frustration and inconvenience. What is most concerning is that a commitment was made, yet there appears to be no intention to honour it. I am now formally requesting urgent intervention from Kia South Africa, as the dealership has failed to handle this matter responsibly. All I am asking for is that Kia Edenvale honours the agreement that was made and brings this matter to a proper conclusion. I trust Kia SA will take this complaint seriously and ensure this issue is resolved without further delay.
