Untrained technicians and Bad Management

My car went for it's 2nd service and I ask Kia to look at the seatbelt buzzer that was not working and petrol cap that popped open randomly. They did the service and did nothing about the additional request. Service consultant Tony was pathetic. The car has been back 3 times since and they have managed to break a panel on the car and disconnect the front power console. Ronnie Smit refuses to take my call to explain nor return emails. My car went back yesterday and they did not bother to phone me to fetch it. This branch should remove \Service"out of their name because they have none. Ronnie - this starts with you"
