Unhappy Customer
Take you car in for a service at your own risk. On Friday 14 June my car radio didn’t switch off even after the car was stopped and locked so I took in to the nearest Kia dealership which was Centurion. When I arrived I told them the radio wouldn’t stop playing and the first question I was asked where did I buy the car, I mean does it matter? It’s the same brand. I was then asked how they want me to be helped! Anyway I was sent to the workshop and a technician helped solve the problem. Thank goodness the car was due for a service on Tuesday so I took it in and asked them to make sure that the radio problem does not happen again, so far so good. On Wednesday I checked the sunroof after a colleague wanted to see my new car and it didn’t want to open. So as usual I called Kia Centurion to tell them that the sunroof is stuck again I was asked where I bought the car 🤦🏾♀️. Anyway I asked that I be transferred to service department and the car is booked in again for Friday.
