Unhappy client

I bought my car in 2016. Before I collected my car I was told the dealership has to take the car for tracker installation we agreed. The tracker amount was included in the financed amount of the car. I recently changed insurance I went back to the dealership to ask which tracker was fitted in the car. Nobody knows. I emailed, called, nothing NO feedback. How is it that a big company like Kia Silverlakes doesn't have any records. Please assist
