Unfair Treatment
I am really perplexed by the service I am getting from KIA South Africa and their Centurion Branch and really need assistance. I bought a KIA PORTAGE 1.6 2019 on 05/05/2022 and took ownership on 07/05/2022 from the dealer in Johannesburg. The vehicle has been serviced twice in the same branch already under Liquid Capital service plan on the vehicle. Now there's a problem with the gearbox and all of sudden KIA warranty will not be willing to cover the costs, therefore, I need to pay in cash from my pocket because the dash and the steering look different and therefore it automatically indicates that the vehicle was in an accident however no accident is flagged on KIA's system and I am being penalized and punished for not knowing or picking up the vehicle might possibly have been in an accident and that the dealer never told us of the accident if any. This is not fair to me as the new owner and KIA needs to sort out this problem.
