Unfair Client Treatment

On Saturday 16 May 2020 I went to KIA Motors Roodepoort after I saw an advert on the attached of Toyota Etios for R 109 000 . After talking to Lesley, he gave me forms for financial application and told me to email Canidene . I told Lesley that I have cash in hand of R70 000 for the deposit of the car and I am looking to finance the remaining R39 000 over 3 years. On Monday morning I did email her and during the day I struggled to contact her and I spoke to her around 13:00 at noon and she promised to come back to me of which she did not. She only came back to me by an email telling me the car has already being bought. My biggest problem why I was not told on Saturday that a deal has been finished I could have left peacefully and look for another deal . I was made stupid since Saturday , I even took information of the car and called my insurance to arrange and only to be told on Monday at 16:00 that the car has been bought. I am going to warn other potential clients not to buy cars at Kia Motors Roodepoort as sales person are not honest. I will also publish this at Hellopeter and twitter.
