Unexpected extra payment

I bought a Kia picanto from Kia Weltevreden park , I paid cash and when I was ready to make the payment I was inform to add R4950.00 on the car price, i asked what it was for I was informed for the AA check and the numberplates and license and registration , I asked for the proof of all these things as the car numberplates stayed the same and why must i pay for the AA check is it not the responsibility of the Kia to make sure you get a car is in great condition as the car is a 2023 model, I am still waiting i did not even get a response from the sales manager Johan I feel the R4950,00 was really to much as the license and reg was not even R1000 that was unfair to expect me to pay for that and no one inform you of this until it's time to pay, and since i had to pay for it i think it's only fair to give me the results and proof for what i paid for?
