********* Salesman
On 29 November 2014 I met Johan de Beer at Kia Randburg where I took possession of my new vehicle.
On the 25th of February 2015 I was informed by the Bank that there was still an amount of R3230.32 outstanding on my account with the bank. This is when I learned that the settlement letter from the Bank, that was send to Johan de Beer, stated that the settlement amount was valid provided that the monthly instalment was paid on the due date 2014/11/30 as well.
I contacted Johan de Beer and asked him why he never told me this. I would not have cancelled my debit order if I knew this. I trusted Johan de Beer to apply for the settlement amount on my behalf and to disclose all information to me. He specifically told me I should not worry and that they, the Dealership, will settle my account with the Bank. I did not question him about the amount, nor did I expect him to withhold information like this to me. Danie Paulus, the Dealer Principal, phoned me and told me that I should not have \assumed"that the full amount on the settlement was going to be paid and that I should have checked.
I have asked for copies of all documents I have signed a week ago with no response yet.

(Supplier name changed from Imperial Select Multi Franchise to Kia Motors South Africa by Hellopeter.com)
"""
