********* and Dishonest Business Principle by Kia Northcliff Jhb

I bought a new Kia Sportage 2.0 ignite from Kia Motors Northcliff on the 31 March 2018. After many frustrating calls and no responses to my mails I was eventually given a copy of my contract after about 3 weeks ; i was never explained nor taken through the content of the contract when I signed and was told by the Finance Manager ; Wilma Nortje that I would be given a copy ; as mentioned above I only got it after going through a frustrating process ; I then discovered that the price that the Vehicle has been advertised for online and the price on the contract differed by about R8000 and that the price was higher ; I brought this to the attention of the sales Manager Ms Portia Sangweni who acknowledged the difference and after many mails and calls to this effect to date has failed to respond to me ; I requested to speak to the Dealer Principal and was told I am not allowed to speak to him and that I must speak to the same Wilma Nortje who have failed to respond to me. This is very ********* and Dishonest in that Kia Northcliff is misleading clients by advertising on their website a cheaper price then what they are billing for on their contracts ; in my case a price descrepency of about R8000 and then ignoring clients by failing to respond

To date as I write this review no response received by bot Wilma Nortje and Portia Sangweni
