Undercut dealings and shady contracts

After selling me a constantly breaking car being a 3 door Audi, I upgraded with them by taking back the initial car for a better functioning one, instead of solving my problem it escalated to a shady contract with extra charges I did not know about and a fall off amount from a returned vehicle and not a Trade in, a solution once again I was not informed of. From selling me a car that cost R271K for 72 months later plus residual with a R30K deposit, the car now costs an exorbitant amount of R541K. It did not end there, I just took the car in for its first service and the dealership discovered that the real Merc’s battery was taken out and replaced with a different brand battery.

Be warned, more especially since we are approaching the silly season, request your contracts upfront, thoroughly go through them and ask questions before signing
