Unacceptable quality of new vehicle.

Good day,<br> <br> I went to Kia Diep river, Cape Town, South Africa on the 17th January 2015 to collect my So called new black Kia Picanto 1.2 ex. On arrival I could see the car was covered and ask if I could show my wife quick, the consultant said lets get the paperwork done first,when I signed all and then uncovered the car I noticed scratches on the bonnet, they said they would buff that out. When getting out of my car at home, I noticed 2 long scratches on passenger door, 10 other scratches on other places, I phoned then immediately and informed them I am angry and unhappy, I said I bought a brand new car, not a second hand or demo vehicle and this car looks worse than my black 8 year old vehicle, they said I must bring it in, on the 21 January 2015 my wife took the car in and spoke to the consultant about replacing the car with an new one which I should have got from the start, he said to my wife it too much paperwork to replace it, so she left it to get sorted out, 9 days later I got the car back which makes it the 29th, washed car 2 days later and I still see the scratches, the only way is to respray car. Kia have really ripped me off in everyway and can't beleave they in business.
