This is Service ... Never again!

<p>Where should I start my complaint?</p> <p> </p> <p>Let's start where Kia Centurion does not offer a collection service if they drop you off at your work while your car is been serviced!</p> <p>Really then how would you like me to collect my car?</p> <p> </p> <p>So I ask how long is a 60k service if I arrive at your dealership for opening? </p> <p>Well the service takes anything from 1 to 2.5hrs </p> <p>OK I say... Let's bank on the 2.5hrs and I will sit and wait for my car.</p> <p> </p> <p>So for the love of money why am i sitting in this dealership close to 6 hours later?</p> <p>When I query why I'm told the one and only test driver was in a meeting....</p> <p>***.</p> <p>Seriously??</p> <p>Please explain how this dealership is actually still running.</p>
