Good day I took my car to in to Kia The Glen for a diognostic check today because I had problem with the exhaust of a incedint that took place on the December 19th 2019. Siziwe Khanyiley told me that a diognostic check will cost me R800. I agreed. She than said that they only gonna do the diognostic check than tell the problem than we will take it from there. We waited long. A hour later the car comes out and it is washed. Which was not the agreement. The lady than tell me the problem and than say that to replace the hole exhaust at KIA will cost 15k but she than recommended that we go to Supa quick to repair it rather. We went to Supa quick and when we got there I noticed that my money in the passanger door is no longer there. There after I called to Kia office to speak to the service advisor but was unavailable. I than went back to them to report the matter. I spoke to Siziwe but she told me that there is nothing that can be done about it. I than asked her can I speak to the manager it was a Indian guy. He told me the same thing that there is nothing they can about it. I find it very weird. He tells me that he went to them to ask them; "who took the money?".
