The worst experience of my life!!!

I was so excited to purchase my first car at the beginning of this year. I then fell in love with a kia picanto at Kia motors in Northcliff. The dealer, Jason, was so friendly and helpful. The car was about R5000 above the amount my bank had approved me for so I decided that I would personally cover the shortfall although it would be difficult. The finance lady said I wouldn't have to and she would get me financing from another bank that would match my original rate of prime -1% and 60 months. I agreed and a few days later she called me with the "good news". She said a reputable bank had agreed to match my rate and I was very relieved. They told me my car was ready and I should come in to sign all the paper work. I was a bit early as I had an appointment for 5pm but I was there just after 4. I waited for a while as she helped another customer. I didn't mind at all. When I walked into her office, you could see she was anxious as there was someone else after me. It was very difficult to ask questions as she was basically rushing through everything. She explained everything I was signing up for. Full financing at prime -1% for 60 months including a service plan that would increase my premium by about R150 pm. I agreed and signed. I then asked if she could give me a copy of my contract to read through at home and she said she would email it to me. A few days later I had to collect some more paperwork and my dealer noticed a small scratch on my car and said I had paid for a certain insurance that would fix it for free. I then asked for my contract again and they said they would email it to me together with contact details for the dent cover insurance. I tried to get my contract from them for over 2 months with no luck. I then decided to call wesbank myself and request a copy of my contract. I was shocked to see that there were things in my contract I had not agreed to paying for, and my rate was prime +1.5 over 72 months!!!!!! I'm so hurt and I feel betrayed. I don't earn that much and need to take care of my family and I could have saved so much money had I been told what I was signing up for. They have ignored all my calls and emails since then and I have heard nothing from them. I am now seeking legal help on the matter but I will NEVER purchase a car from Kia motors ever again. None of my friends and family will either.

The actual rate received was prime +0.75% and not prime +1.5%, which is still 1.75% more than the agreed rate of prime -1%. The amount that was approved by the dealer through wesbank was R 11 000 more than my original bank and not the R5000 as stated above.
