The Kia Parts Wait

This is the third time that I have had to wait for parts on my Kia. With the crazy weather we are having, I was knocked in the back of my car last month. I followed the procedure for my claim with my ensurer and received my courtesy vehicle. 30 Days later, my courtesy vehicle period ran out and the parts for my vehicle were still on back order?!? Now with no transport and unable to go rent a courtesy vehicle due to lack of funds, I am unable to get to and from work. It has put me in a very bad position with my employer. I have phoned my insurer to beg an plead for an extension on a courtesy vehicle, but they cannot help. The panel beaters do not have a courtesy vehicle and Kia stated that they cannot assist with mobility, since it is not a warranty claim. I was planning to trade in my vehicle for a newer Kia soon, but the parts wait thing has changed my mind. I love Kia cars - have had 4 so far, but if i hear on back order from Korea one more time I will lose my mind.
