The have have failed to refund

I was looking for a replacement vehicle and I saw one of theirs online. I paid a holding fee (R5,000) under the following terms<br> - Subject to finance approval by the bank<br> - Viewing of the vehicle the buyer (me) being satisfied with the condition of the vehicle.<br> - This is not a deposit <br> <br> I did not like the condition of the vehicle and I requested that they refund. I have not received the payment. I even went to the dealership last Saturday and I was told that I would definitely get the money back by Monday because they have a new accounting person.
