Thando from KIA, wonderful, speedy customer servic

I filed a mild complaint on the KIA SA website about having been put on hold for 5 minutes without any help at one of their branches. Thando immediately gave me a call, asked me when I would like my car to be serviced and asked me to put all my requirements on email. As soon as I had sent the mail, I received an email straight away saying that someone from the branch would call me to arrange a service for Thursday the 14th, and indeed the call did come through.<br> <br> I would like to thank Thando for the excellent service, he dealt with me so compassionately.
