Terrible Service Received

Had to book my vehicle for a service, was informed by the dealership that the vehicle is still within the service plan. On the day of the service all of a sudden the vehicle is no longer in service plan. Lodged a complaint with KIA Head office, has now been 2 weeks with no feedback from them.
