Terrible Service

I am terribly disappointed with the service I got from KIA Rodepoort, I gave them all documents and keys for my Kia Rio which the agreement was to sell the car to them and till today I am still waiting for payment since 18 June 2020, ALL I NEED NOW IS MY CAR BACK that's ALL. Yesterday I called they promised to make payment at 10am and nothing and I called again they said before 3pm and I am still waiting.
