Terrible service

Long story but the gist of it is, sent and email asking for a deal to trade in my existing Sorento and possibly buy a new RIO. Go to dealership, they check the car and confirm the offered trade in value and I test drive the the RIO. they collect all sorts of info from me and start to work on a \deal". Suddenly they go quiet. I get a deal offer that includes extended warrantees"
