Terrible service

Poorest services I have been receiving from Kia Fourways. Since I bought my car in 2017 I have been having too many issues until this day. One is the issue is that I bought the car and pay for the service plan only to find that the service wasn't processed/loaded. It's now almost two years of thinking that I don't have a service plan until when I came across my car's documents which shows that I paid R9000 for service. I have been trying to make them pay for my services and its almost 12 months now and it's still not done. It now looks like I am the one owing them whereas they are the ones owing me R9000.

Another issue was the defects on the car which I went back to them and they informed me that it's been fixed only to find out that nothing was done to the car.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase any car in this dealer.
