Terrible service

I have been trying to get my starter fixed for some time now. After I took my car in twice at Kia Nelspruit, they failed to tell me the problem with my car. I then decided to take to another dealership in Johannesburg where they identified that my starter needs to be replaced. It was ordered there but since I live in Nelspruit I couldn't get it fixed there. I have asked the Nelspruit branch to assist me and get the part from Jhb so they can fit it in my car. However, I have been getting excuses which are evident that nothing is being done to help me. I've called them many time and went there personally at times but still no help. My car is getting worse and I honestly feel like selling it, that's how bad it is. If I can't be helped, say so then maybe I can reconsider even purchasing a vehicle from KIA.
