Terrible Experience

<p>I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Kia in Sandton. I took my car in, because it was making a scratching noise when I turned. They agreed to have a look and I went to get the car the following day. Only to discover that the problem hadn't been solved, but instead it had worsened.</p> <p>After phoning and talking to the service manager and interrupting me numerous times, he told me it could be the brakes that were giving me trouble. What I don't understand is how a car can be returned in that condition, with a promise that the problem is fixed.</p> <p>I am shocked by their after service, they are only able to help me on Tuesday.</p> <p>I am dependent on my car for work and if I wanted to get mediocre service, I would have done it myself!</p>
