Terrible aftersales

<p>I took my 2014 Cerato Koup in for a Service at Kia Centurion more than a month ago. Firstly they didn't phone me to say that my car is ready to be picked up, then they couldn't find my invoice and to top it all, they didn't fit one part so I have to go back they'll phone me. Just over a week ago I mailed them to ask when I can bring my vehicle in since the kilos are piling up again and the part is still not in my car, but as expected no reply from Kia Centurion. Avoid this dealership if your car need to go for a service... I will surely not tske my car for a service to Kia Centurion again...</p>
